We send your order with great care - quickly, safe and reliable.

Shipping time:
Your products will be embroidered individually with your logo. Therefore, the delivery time is usually 7-10 working days after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs:

  • Within Germany: Free shipping from € 89 order value, including a flat rate 5,90 €

  • Austria & Switzerland: € 9.90 shipping flat rate

  • EU foreign land: On request

Shipping service provider:
We send with DHL Or an equivalent shipping partner - with tracking and secure packaging.

Note on embroidery:
Since each product is manufactured individually for you, we ask for your understanding that there can be slight delays at peak times. We will of course keep you up to date with the status of your order.
